Character Brief

We were given various descriptions and told to create a character
My character wore a lot of scarves, lived in a rooftop jungle, had six legs, looked like a tiger and had various robotic/cyber limbs... It was a strange experience!
His name is Oliver and he is pretentious, with a very long tail.
